General

Eventor is South Africa's event discovery and ticketing platform. We connect South Africans with concerts, festivals, sports events, workshops, expos, and community gatherings happening across all 9 provinces.

Yes. We cover events in all 9 provinces — including Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State, and Northern Cape.

Creating an account and browsing events is completely free. Ticket prices are set by individual event organisers — some events are free and others are ticketed. A small service fee may apply to paid bookings.

Our mobile app is coming soon for both Android and iOS. In the meantime, the website is fully mobile-optimised and works great in your browser.

You can reach us via the Contact page or email us directly at iam@niza.co.za. Our support team operates Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm SAST, and we aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Tickets & Booking

Browse or search for an event, open the event page, and click the booking button. Select your ticket type and quantity, complete the checkout, and your ticket will be available instantly in your account under "My Tickets".

All your tickets are stored in your account. Go to your profile and select "My Tickets" to view upcoming and past bookings. You can download each ticket or present it directly from your phone at the venue.

Refund and cancellation policies are set by the individual event organiser. Please check the event's terms on the event page before purchasing. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, we will always facilitate a full refund.

Ticket transfers depend on the event organiser's settings. Where transfers are allowed, you can do so from your My Tickets page by selecting the booking. You'll need the recipient's email address.

Contact our support team as soon as possible at iam@niza.co.za with your booking reference number and the email address used for your account. We will help you recover access and resend your ticket.

Free events incur no fees. For paid events, a small platform fee applies per ticket sold. Full pricing details are shown during the event creation process.

Go to "My Events" in your profile to manage all your listings. You can edit details, update the banner, or cancel the event. If you cancel a ticketed event, attendees with bookings are notified and refunded automatically.
